Shipping policy

Our courier fees are $8.50 Standard Delivery and $13.90 Rural Delivery. Electronic Gift Cards are Free.

If we have made a mistake in shipping – we will pay the cost of a new shipment and if appropriate the return of the original products to us. 

We will endeavour to get your product out as soon as possible. If your product arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, please take a photograph of both the product and the packaging.  Then send us an email and we’ll do our best to get back to you shortly.

Chocolate should be kept at 14 to 19 degrees – so please store in a cool place as soon as it is receipted.  If you see white across the top of your chocolate it is most likely “fat or sugar bloom” where the fat and or sugar separates from the cocoa.  Your chocolate will taste the same, and is perfectly fine to eat.
