This bar is an infusion of Madagascar cacao with rose and vanilla tea, created in collaboration with NZ's super chef Simon Gault.

We love it when chocolate makers use added flavours that work in harmony with the natural notes of the cacao and this bar is a great example of that. The raspberry notes from the Madagascar complement the rose and vanilla perfectly to create a bar that is vibrant, sweet and absolutely divine.
